I humbly stand before the Spirits, the revered Wisdom Keepers, the Medicine Guardians, my beloved Teachers in body and beyond, the Spirit Warriors, Medicine Carriers, Dream Walkers, and the diverse communities that I have the honor to serve, represent and remember.
There before the grace of you go I.
The wound is the place where the light enters You
~ Rumi
Pain and suffering are profound experiences that everyone inevitably encounters throughout life. Virtually all religious and spiritual traditions comprehensively discuss these significant elements of human existence and how to effectively work with their important lessons. We cannot escape pain; it is an intrinsic part of existence. Only by fully acknowledging and embracing them, can we begin to heal the very things we have so diligently repressed in an attempt to avoid the pain in the first place.
Our mind and body are remarkably adept at defending against various forms of pain, employing a wide range of strategies and complex defense mechanisms that are specifically designed to help us cope. These mechanisms can temporarily shield us from discomfort; however, in doing so, they inadvertently tarnish our soul, preventing it’s full manifestation. This occurs as we become weighed down by the survivable-identities we construct to endure trauma, shaped by our experiences, beliefs, and aspirations regarding who we think we have to be.
In sitting with the spirits, I was shown that contemporary society often paints reality with a polished veneer of ease and immediate gratification. This veneer is presented within the medical use of psychedelics, which is marketed to “heal” individuals through the alluring light of Allopathic Palliative Care, synthesizing Sacred Medicines to create Psychotropic Medications. The medical industrial complex fails to acknowledge the pervasive dark forces existing in the world and is often complicit in the Deliberate Occlusion of this Truth. In essence, the medical approach frequently keeps seekers trapped in a state of darkness and dis-ease, as it sheds light only into those specific areas that they, and only they, want to recognize. This prevailing ethos stands in direct conflict and contradiction to my work and allegiance with the sacred medicines and spirits.
My work is in service to Truth. It is about speaking the Truth, unveiling the Truth, and by facilitating the Truth by serving Truth Medicine, however painful that may be to you…
My life’s work is fundamentally about removing the metaphorical band-aid on your physical and psychological wounds so that the Light of Truth, Wisdom and Healing can enter you, supported by the Spirits of Sacred Medicines, your Higher Self, and my extraordinary team and distinguished colleagues. My aim is to shed light into the shadowy crevices of your mind and body, allowing you to safely see the Truth of your pain without fear and denial. This process invites you to embrace yourself during all those times when you felt there was no refuge for you, no soothing salve to alleviate your pains, and no-safe-body to take comfort in. My ultimate goal is to help you confront and see all that wounded you, recognizing all the pains that you might believe have rendered you incapable of living a life free from dis-ease. Through this transformative journey, I seek to reveal to you what it truly means to be in a state of Essential-Embodied-Self. It is through this profound process that you will begin to heal yourself. You will see the untarnished Truth of your Soul, with which you can fully embrace and live your God-given abundant life, liberated from your maladaptations and compensations, unscarred, unblemished, radiant, and free.
